Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm).

• You’ll be the first point of contact for all guests. Will greet and sign in any visitors and ensure visitor safety and security procedures are followed
  
• You’ll answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, taking messages as required
• You’ll provide or obtain information from a variety of external and internal contacts which may include basic research and review of documents
• You’ll receive mail and courier deliveries, as well as prepare outbound mail and courier packages
  
• You’ll perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties as required

Now, here’s what we need from you:

• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve issues and follow-up as required
• Eager to learn new things
• Excellent attendance record and work ethic
• Like working in a small team environment
• Computer savvy

The starting rate is $21.75 per hour. This position will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
